Inggo Noms...

The day after we went to Tendon Kohaku, my Betrothed and I went to The Cooking Room. This semi-new place is located on top of the same building as newly-opened Shopwise Express in Maginhawa, near V. Luna Extension. This is an all-you-can-eat place, where you cook your stuff on top of your table, hence the name, similar to other Korean grills. However, they offer much more than that.

Beloved and I had lunch at Shao Kao Grillery the day after visiting Cow Wow, more than a month ago (yes, delayed because of my Sendai/Japan Odyssey). This semi-open place serves grilled foods, and, based on its name, still be somehow Chinese. I’ve already happened to pass by this place a lot of times already, but never dared to try it. After learning that it’s got quite favorable reviews, including a recommendation from MIL, we decided to try it out.

After checking-out from our hotel, we made our way back to Harbor Point on the way to the bus station that will bring us back to the Metro. Since we haven’t had lunch yet, we decided to try out another unique place here. After finding out there’s basically no unique place here, we opted to go to the next best thing and went to Kusina ng Gerry’s, which is technically not in the Metro.
